We’re looking for a long-term exchange for our apartment in central Berlin this winter — anywhere from 1 month up to 4 months, sometime between late November and early March. Dates are flexible within that window, so happy to talk through what works for both sides.

Destination: For a reciprocal exchange, we’d love somewhere in Asia — but we’re also open to other destinations with warmer weather (>15°C) during that time.
Guests/travelers: We can host up to 2 people.
About the apartment: It’s a bright, quietly-located 1-bedroom in the heart of Kreuzberg — fully renovated in 2022, 64m², with a big balcony, right by the Landwehrkanal. You’re 700m from Berlin’s geographical center and 3 different U-Bahn stations (U1, U3, U6, U7), surrounded by the cafés, restaurants, and shops of Gräfekiez and Bergmannkiez — but the street itself is calm and residential.
It’s also great for digital nomads and remote workers: we’ve set it up for two people to work from home comfortably, with a standing desk and ergonomic chair in the bedroom, plus a second work table in the living room, all on high-speed WiFi.
A bit about us: my wife and I both work remotely and love travelling ourselves, so we know how much a comfortable, well-equipped home matters when you’re staying somewhere for a while. Happy to answer any questions about the neighborhood or the place — feel free to reach out!
