Hi Lucy, we can’t come now, but I’ve put your home in my favorites, for if you ever want to swap mutually in summer with us. Your home looks really nice, with a very English vibe. I love all the birds and other animals that come to your fields and me and my husband would be so happy to spot them. Being able to directly walk into the woods also sounds very appealing.
We’ve been to England before and live the landscapes. When I was eleven, I want to York with my mum and I still remember how I loved it there, and we have family in Blackpool, so those two places we would visit, too.
We live in Groningen, in the Netherlands. There are sometimes sheep on the dike behind our home. We also have a forest that you can walk into, and, though it’s very small, there are many birds to see. We love to hike and can tell you where all the good hiking places are, with woods, moors, lakes, or other things, like trees in water.
Since we live in the outskirts of a city, it’s rather quiet, but still, everything you need is very nearby. Of course, there are also musea and all the other things you’d expect from a semi big city (for the Dutch, Groningen is rather big and well known). It’s a typical Dutch canal city.
Our home has all the things that make life comfortable. We also have a key board 
and we used to have a cat in the past and feel having a cat during our holiday is a bonus. We don’t have her anymore, but since she passed, we started feeding the birds all year through, so you would be able to enjoy them.
