Hello everyone,
Our home, located very close to Paris, is available via GP this summer from 1 to 27 August while we head off to discover Florence and Tuscany. 
Situated in Le Perreux-sur-Marne, a residential area highly valued for its quality of life and its quick and easy access to Paris, our home is ideal for families or for those who would like to combine days exploring Paris with moments of calm, rest and relaxation in a green and peaceful setting.
It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very large living space, allowing everyone to feel comfortable without feeling cramped, as well as a garden with a terrace and barbecue to fully enjoy the summer. And if you have a dog (and it is well-behaved), we will be very happy to welcome them too.
In the neighbourhood, you will find all the shops you may need and very good restaurants (we will be happy to share our favourite spots with you). The banks of the Marne and the Port of Nogent are just a few minutes’ walk away. The RER station (regional express train) that takes you into Paris is only 300 metres from the house (it is a journey we make every day, as we both work in Paris).
Our home will also be available in autumn from 24/10 to 01/11 and in spring from 10 to 18/04, either for a non-simultaneous reciprocal exchange or via GP.
