If I were in your position, I would lower the 311 GP to at least 200 GP for those specific dates. That’s a lot of points for many families, and on top of that, your guests would be doing you a favor by looking after your cat and giving it its medication. 
In fact, your previous guests from TrustedHousesitters stayed in your home for free, so I understand your decision to switch to HomeExchange in order to earn some GP in return. However, the number of GP you’re asking for is really quite high.
I would also add a photo of your cat among the first five pictures, so that anyone who contacts you is immediately aware of its presence.
